What it does today
Three jobs, done in the chat.
Type or talk the way you would to someone in your office. Everything below works today. Anything that reaches a customer or goes onto Google needs your OK first.
Quotes and invoices as PDF
Text or say the line items, get a finished PDF in English back in the chat. It goes to your customer by email only after you reply “send”.
- Invoice for Mrs Davis, job finished today: fit new kitchen tap £140, 1.5 hrs labour at £65
- Done: invoice PDF with 2 items, total £237.50. To email it, reply “send to davis@example.com”.
A working aid, not accounting software. Your bookkeeper or accountant stays in charge.
Google posts and review replies
Tell it what happened; it drafts a Google Business Profile post or a reply to a review. After your OK, our team publishes it on your profile.
